Terms and Conditions Lenovo Cashback Promotion
 
The Lenovo Cashback Programme covers a cashback Promotion.
Business partners located in #Country# are eligible to participate in the promotion. Participants must hold a bank account in the same country.
The Promotion offers a cashback for Qualifying Product(s) bought during a specific period of time (“Promotional Period”). Details of each Promotion including Qualifying Products and cashback amounts are published on www.lenovo-promotions.com (“the Promotional Website").
The program is only open to Business partners who have purchased qualified products from authorized wholesalers. Purchases made directly from Lenovo or from unauthorized Lenovo resellers will not be accepted. Lenovo authorized wholesalers are: Arrow; Esprinet; Ingram Micro; Techdata; Vinceo. In this case the Business Partner must have signed the agreements with Lenovo.
Claims must be submitted by the business partner only. Wholesalers and final customers can not participate.
Business partners may claim cashback subject to these terms and conditions. Each business partner may apply for a cashback for a maximum of one (1) product during the whole Promotional Period.
In order to be entitled to participate in a promotion, Business partners must register their purchase and complete the application form on the promotional website within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the invoice. Requests for return will not be accepted at any other time.
The Business Partners must present the proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the invoice of the Wholesaler or any other VAT receipt valid at the address indicated on the application form. The invoice of the Wholesaler must clearly contemplate the qualified products, the purchase price and the date of purchase. Customers will not send the original invoice / receipts, as these will not be returned. The proof of the order or shipment will not be accepted as an application. In case of promotions that require the purchase of various qualified products, all qualified products must have been invoiced in the same invoice / same receipt.
Once the claim has been received and approved, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the claim form by email („Confirmation email“) from Lenovo stating whether or not the claim for cashback has been successful. It is the claimant's responsibility to contact the agent using the email address above within seven (7) days of their claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
Payments will only be made payable to the company name shown on the proof of purchase invoice supplied. Payments shall not be made to affiliates or related companies. Payments cannot be made to individuals except where the product has been purchased for personal use and the individual claimant’s name appears as the recipient on the proof of purchase invoice.
Provided that these terms and conditions have been met, Lenovo aims to pay the cashback by bank transfer within 56 days after sending the Confirmation email to the customer. Lenovo aims to process valid payment claims within 56 days from sending the confirmation email or as soon as possible. LENOVO is not liable for claims being processed outside this timeframe.
Participants providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven (7) days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for cashback will be refused.
All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim form participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The cashback can not be granted to the participant who: a) has not purchased a Qualifying Product within the Promotional Period; and/or b) has not completed the claim form; and/or c) has not submitted all documents required for the participation; and/or d) has not submitted their claim form within 30 days of the invoice; and/or e) revoked the purchase contract for the product; and/or f) has failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions.

The rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient
For business customers: The cash back is inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Therefore you are required to reduce the input tax on your initial purchase with the VAT that is included in the cash back.
In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the cashback claim period and if the cashback claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and the participant must re-submit their claim accordingly against their replacement order. If the product is returned after the cashback claim has been accepted and paid, it is at Lenovo’s discretion to deduct the cashback amount from any future refunds relating to this order.
This offer is not open to employees of Lenovo, their agents, wholesalers, final customers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion.
Claims where the products purchased will be resold or rented to a third party; purchases under Lenovo special bids and purchases of refurbished or reconditioned Lenovo computers are not eligible for this promotion.
This Promotion may not be combined with other promotions, programmes or offers from Lenovo except where other promotions, programmes or offers provide for this in their terms and conditions.
Lenovo reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, or are late, damaged, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Lenovo is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from, or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
Lenovo reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of Lenovo and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future Lenovo promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
Lenovo reserves the right to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose as necessary information to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
By entering the promotion, participants will be deemed to have read Lenovo’s privacy policy to be found at www.lenovo.com.
Lenovo will not pass the participant’s details to any other organisation without their permission except for TechProtect GmbH Max-Eyth-Straße 35, 71088 Holzgerlingen Sitz der Gesellschaft: Holzgerlingen, Germany, who is the agent handling on behalf of Lenovo the purposes of running for this promotion.
Cashback is not transferable.
Lenovo may declare this promotion to be void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
The decisions of Lenovo in respect of any and all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.
Lenovo reserves the right to change, amend, or end each of the promotions at any time and without prior announcement.
Lenovo will send the terms and conditions of this promotion to any person requesting them free of charge.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the country of the participant
