Lenovo Smart Collaboration Trade-In Programme - Terms and Conditions |
| Eligible Lenovo Channel Partners may receive a bonus when an end customer purchases up to five eligible products (‘Eligible New Product’) from the Reseller to replace their previous collaboration solutions (‘Replaced device’). |
| The bonus will be either : |
| • 8.550 kr for the replacement of a collaboration solution with a Lenovo ThinkSmart One solution; or |
| • 6.400 kr for replacing a collaboration solution with a Lenovo ThinkSmart Core Full Room Kit or Lenovo Google Series One solution. |
| • 4.270 kr for replacing a collaboration solution with a Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub solution or with a Lenovo ThinkSmart Core+Ctrl; or |
| Bonuses are referred to as rewards. |
| To be eligible to participate in this programme, the Lenovo Channel partner must |
| • be located in Denmark. |
| • replace an old collaboration solution by a new eligible collaboration solution from Lenovo during the promotional period (the date mentioned on the invoice is decisive). |
| Rules for destroying the old communications solution: |
| The Lenovo Channel partner confirms : |
| I. that the old communications solution is removed and destroyed in an environmentally responsible manner and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (*); and |
| II. that this disposal/destruction is being carried out within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days of the invoice date of the new product (this must be certified when completing the online bonus application); and |
| III. that he/she accepts the conditions applicable to the programme. |
| Additional Conditions |
| • The number of claims is limited to a maximum of 5 claims per end-customer, i.e. each Channel Partner can claim a maximum of 5 Lenovo communication solutions for each of their end-customers. |
| • Rewards will be paid by bank transfer. Payment will be made upon completion of the action and verification of all claims. Any costs incurred will be deducted from the reward. Lenovo (or third parties involved) will not bear or reimburse these costs in Any way. Payment will be made only to the claimant and not to individuals or other commercial companies. Lenovo accepts no liability in this regard. Payment will only be made once the correct bank details have been received. Incorrect bank details may cause delays in payment. |
| • Distributors acting as wholesalers are excluded from this offer. |
| • The terms of this offer are not a substitute for Lenovo's standard e-waste obligations and the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive. |

| How to apply |
| • Authorised Lenovo Channel Partners must submit their application on www.lenovo-promotions.com and complete all mandatory fields of the application form by March 31, 2025. |
| • Authorized Lenovo Channel partners complete the ‘Self-Certification’ form and submit it signed with proof of sale. You certify that the disposal/destruction of the old communications solution will be completed within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the invoice date of the sale of the new product to the end customer (*). |
| This will be done via the www.lenovo-promotions.com website. |
| • A legible copy of the end-customer sales invoice(s) showing the eligible new Lenovo communications solutions is required: |
| - Invoices must be computer-issued documents with an invoice date between 2 September 2024 and 28 February 2025 and must clearly show the Lenovo authorised channel partner's name, business address and other details such as VAT number and/or registration number. |
| - Handwritten or altered documents will not be accepted. |
| - The company name must match the details on the invoice(s). |
| - Invoices must include the invoice date and specified information, including order numbers, serial numbers of eligible Lenovo communications solutions and the name of the Lenovo channel partner. |

| • all applications will be verified by Lenovo (or an appointed company) prior to the award being made. |
| • Lenovo reserves the right to request additional information about relevant transactions at Any time and to reject applications that do not meet the required criteria. |
| • Rewards will be paid to the approved Lenovo Channel Partner after verification by Lenovo (or an authorised company). |
| • Any costs incurred will be deducted from the reward. Lenovo (or third parties) will not bear or reimburse these costs in Any way. |
| Terms and Conditions |
| The following terms and conditions apply: |
| • Lenovo reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at Any time. |
| • Lenovo will only send Rewards to Lenovo Channel partners. |
| • Lenovo accepts no responsibility for Any tax or social security liability for individuals or Lenovo Channel partners. |
| • Participants are responsible for complying with their company guidelines regarding participation in the offer and acceptance of rewards. |
| • Lenovo's decisions regarding this offer are final and binding in all respects. |
| • Use of Data: As part of the administration of the offer, Lenovo and other partner companies participating in the promotion must receive and store certain information about resellers (information about reseller companies and their employees). Participants authorise Lenovo to use this information in connection with the promotion and to send them marketing emails relating to Lenovo products for the duration of the promotion. |
| (*) Disposal at an approved commercial waste disposal facility in the end customer's country that is approved to receive electronic and computer equipment. |

| INVOICING |
| The Programme requires the acceptance of a self-billing invoice by the Participant. To ensure consistent and valid invoicing, Lenovo creates a proposed self-billing invoice on behalf of the Participant and sends it to the Participant for acceptance. Once the proposed self-billing invoice is accepted by the Participant Lenovo will make the respective payment and issue a final corresponding invoice. |
